Violations revealed at Urmizan field, criminal case initiated
The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan revealed violations at Urmizan field in Batken region and opened a criminal case. Press center of the state committee reported.
In the period of preparation for the heating season of 2022, individual private companies, having licenses exclusively for geological exploration, illegally mined coal at Urmizan field on the territory of Karabak rural area of Batken region and exported it to one of the neighboring countries in a particularly large volume.
A criminal case has been initiated on the facts, investigative and operational measures are carried out.
