Beating of 2-year-old girl in Kadamdzhai, mother placed in detention center
A woman who beat her two-year-old daughter, filmed everything on camera and sent the video to her husband, was placed in a temporary detention center. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Batken region reported.
The department recalled that the case had been initiated under Article 138 «Torture against a child or a person in a helpless state» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the case, the woman was placed in a temporary detention center for 48 hours on January 30.
