Mobile tomography scanner to be installed in mountainous areas of Kyrgyzstan
Japan provided Kyrgyzstan with a mobile computed tomography scanner. Deputy Taalaibek Masabirov announced at a parliamentary session.
According to him, Japanese doctors will train Kyrgyz colleagues in use of the equipment for a month. Then the mobile tomography scanner will be installed in the mountainous areas of the country.
«The project is unique. It will be implemented in pilot mode for a year. If it is successful, Japan will donate us a mobile computed tomography scanner. The medical equipment will be installed in areas such as Alai, Naryn, and others,» Taalaibek Masabirov said.
