Wholesale cost of fuel decreases, but gasoline prices still high in Kyrgyzstan
Oil traders in Kyrgyzstan do not reduce the price of gasoline, although wholesale prices of fuel and lubricants have dropped significantly. Deputy Jenishbek Toktorbaev stated at a meeting of the Parliament.
According to him, the wholesale price of AI 92 is 45 soms, AI 95 is 49 soms.
«Our gas stations sell gasoline for 58-65 soms. Where is the Antimonopoly Service? This has never happened. I also brought fuel and lubricants, but we set a margin of 2-3 soms. Now 15-18 soms are added. Prices should not exceed 47-53 soms,» the deputy believes.
Jenishbek Toktorbaev asked the Cabinet of Ministers to regulate prices for fuel and lubricants.
