Ex-prosecutor of Osh city becomes new head of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC
A new Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC was elected. Press service of the company reported.
By the decision of the Board of Directors, the powers of the Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC Eldiyar Kaldarbekov were terminated. He submitted application for a voluntary resignation. He worked in the position for a little over three months.
«The State Property Management Fund, in accordance with all the procedures and provisions of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, has appointed Kubat Abdraimov as the head of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC. He was introduced to the team by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Suerkul Bakirov,» the statement says.
Previously, Kubat Abdraimov served as the prosecutor of Osh city. In addition, prior to his appointment, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC.
