Energy certificate to be required for construction of buildings in Kyrgyzstan
The State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan submitted for public discussion a draft resolution on the approval of regulation on the procedure for issuing documents for the design and construction of buildings.
To obtain a permit, project documentation must be developed taking into account the minimum requirements for energy efficiency of buildings. It is not allowed to put into operation newly built and renovated buildings that do not meet these requirements.
The confirmation of implementation of the energy certification of the building is the energy certificate. Energy certification is carried out by independent certified specialists.
Since November 2021, the State Agency for Architecture has been conducting qualification certification of specialists in energy certification of buildings and periodic control of boilers, heating systems and hot water supply of buildings on an ongoing basis. To date, 22 energy auditors have passed the procedure, a list with their contact numbers is available in the state register.
