New subject "I and the world" to be introduced in schools of Kyrgyzstan
A new subject «I and the world» will be introduced in the schools of Kyrgyzstan from the beginning of the school year. The Minister of Education and Science Ulanbek Mambetakunov told live.
He noted that the Kyrgyz Academy of Education has prepared the content of the new subject. «It integrates the subjects of Health and Safety, Ethics and Native Studies,» the official said.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education added that, according to the decree of the President, Religion Studies subject was introduced starting from the 2022-2023 academic year. At least 23,380 textbooks and teaching aids were distributed among teachers and students of schools throughout the republic.
