Deputy head of rural administration in Kara-Suu district detained for extortion

The official was caught red-handed while taking 86,000 soms. In total, for the cancellation of the decision to provide a land plot for individual housing construction, the deputy head of the rural administration extorted $4,000 from a local resident.
