Deadline for switch to new models of cash registers extended by 2 months
By a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the deadline for switch to new models of cash registers was extended by two months and the list of activities exempted from the use of cash registers was expanded. The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, it was done to assist entrepreneurs in fulfilling their tax obligations regarding the use of cash registers in settlements, as well as taking into account numerous requests from business entities.
According to the resolution, the deadline for switching to new models of cash registers has been extended until March 1, and the deadline for the mandatory display of information on the codes of goods identification tools (marking) in cash receipts — until April 1.
In addition, entities operating in markets, mini-markets, at fairs and exhibitions can work without use of cash registers (provided that they operate on the basis of a license) until April 1.
The list of activities exempted from the use of cash registers has been expanded. It includes such types as:
- Sale of newspapers and magazines, as well as related products, with the exception of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, in newsstands;
- Retail sale of floriculture products, agricultural products, bakery products, national and soft drinks using hand carts, portable counters, kiosks and stalls;
- Retail sale from tanks of kvass, milk, soft drinks and national drinks;
- Catering services provided in canteens located in educational institutions.
