Price of diesel fuel grows by almost 17 soms for 12 months in Kyrgyzstan
Over the past year, the price of diesel fuel in Kyrgyzstan increased by 29.2 percent, or by 16.98 soms. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
If as of December 31, 2021, a liter of diesel fuel in the country cost 58.21 soms on average, then as of December 30, 2022 — 75.19 soms.
At the same time, the fuel price increased the most in Toktogul (by 18.06 soms), Jalal-Abad (by 17.77 soms) and Balykchy (by 17.64 soms). Diesel price increased the least in Talas (by 11.5 soms), Razzakov (by 14.04 soms) and Batken (by 15.48 soms).
The most expensive diesel fuel last year was in Razzakov (79.29 soms), Batken (77.05 soms) and Nookat (76.9 soms), and the cheapest — in Talas (69.35 soms), Kara-Balta (73.79 soms) and in Pokrovka village, Manas district (73.9 soms).
