Escaped from prison citizens of Uzbekistan detained in Kyrgyzstan
Citizens of Uzbekistan convicted of murder escaped from prison. They were detained in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Jalal-Abad region reported.
On January 6, the police received information that two people illegally crossed the border in Kara-Dariya rural area.
The fact was registered and a criminal case was initiated under article 378 «Illegal crossing of the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic».
36 and 30-year-old citizens of Uzbekistan were detained and placed in a temporary detention center.
The law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan put these citizens on the wanted list.
The investigation continues.
