Kuwaiti Foundation helps Bishkek City Hall to install well in park
With the support of As-Safa Foundation, a new well was opened in the park at the intersection of Manas Avenue and Botaliyev Street for irrigation of green spaces. Press service of the Bishkek City Hall reported.
The water intake structure reportedly provides for the implementation of two functions.
«The first is to divert water (perched water, groundwater) from the surface into the areas below. The second is the extraction of groundwater from the lower horizons for irrigation. With the help of the new well, irrigation water will be taken from a depth of 32 meters,» the City Hall said.
