Kyrgyzstan defeats Sri Lanka at Asian Volleyball Championship (U23)
The Asian Volleyball Championship among the youth teams of the Central Zone started in Dhaka (Bangladesh). _kyrgyz_volleyball_ reported on Instagram.
Teams of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Kyrgyzstan, made up of players no older than 23 years old, participate in the tournament.
The national team of Kyrgyzstan played with Sri Lanka in the first round of the group stage — 3-1.
The team of Kyrgyzstan will have a match with Bangladesh on Friday, on Saturday — with Nepal.
According to the rules, the teams will play in a circle, and then they will be divided into semi-final pairs.
