Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 653.7 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 654,769 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 653,748,071 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (99,950,486), India (44,676,087), Brazil (35,945,063), France (39,102,670), Russia (21,415,046), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,318,154), Italy (24,884,034), Spain (13,651,239), Germany (36,980,883), Argentina (9,829,236), Iran (7,560,519) and Columbia (6,322,281).
At least 6,667,355 people died from the virus, including 1,087,672 people — in the USA, 692,041— in Brazil, 330,795— in Mexico, 530,674— in India, 213,892— in the UK, 183,138— in Italy and 385,133— in Russia.
At least 206,557 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,488,306 cases — in Kazakhstan, 248,899— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
