Kaindy-Kant sugar factory may stop due to problems with raw material supply
Kaindy-Kant sugar factory does not have enough raw material for work. It was announced during a visit of the Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Nurlanbek Shakiev to the enterprise.
In addition to sugar beet grown in Chui region, it is also transported from Talas region. But due to problems with rail transportation through the neighboring country, there are more than 2,000 tons of sugar beets in Talas now.
Due to interruptions in the supply of raw materials, there is a risk that the work of the plant will be stopped.
Nurlanbek Shakiev instructed the Deputy Economy Minister Chyngyz Makeshov to promptly assist in the delivery of sugar beets stored in Talas region through Kazakhstan.
