Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 650.3 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 659,252 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 650,359,613 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (99,526,290), India (44,675,095), Brazil (35,696,918), France (38,815,319), Russia (21,370,489), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,281,515), Italy (24,709,404), Spain (13,632,635), Germany (36,859,058), Argentina (9,766,975), Iran (7,560,247) and Columbia (6,317,010).
At least 6,656,367 people died from the virus, including 1,085,224 people — in the USA, 691,178— in Brazil, 330,699— in Mexico, 530,658— in India, 213,508— in the UK, 182,419— in Italy and 384,807— in Russia.
At least 206,553 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,488,306 cases — in Kazakhstan, 248,268— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
