Kumtor extends collective labor agreement with employees for 2 years
Kumtor Company extended the employment contract with its employees for two years. The head of the Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union Eldar Tadzhibaev told journalists.
According to him, the collective labor agreement concluded on December 23, 2021 will continue to be valid during 2023-2024. Representatives of the administration and the staff of Kumtor Gold Company CJSC signed the relevant protocol-agreement.
«All the terms of the agreement, obligations on wages, rest time, labor protection, health improvement of employees remain in force; social payments are preserved and guaranteed. Human resources are the main potential of the enterprise, the guarantor of stable, successful and safe production. The conclusion of the collective agreement is evidence of the employer’s awareness of the importance of the contribution of people, the social orientation and responsibility of the company’s management,» he said.
