Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 646.9 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 922,668 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 646,957,351 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (99,230,725), India (44,673,949), Brazil (35,396,191), France (38,461,021), Russia (21,329,068), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,252,201), Italy (24,488,080), Spain (13,614,807), Germany (36,649,979), Argentina (9,739,856), Iran (7,559,958) and Columbia (6,314,107).
At least 6,645,843 people died from the virus, including 1,083,362 people — in the USA, 690,229— in Brazil, 330,602— in Mexico, 530,638— in India, 213,038— in the UK, 181,733— in Italy and 384,494— in Russia.
At least 206,543 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,487,167 cases — in Kazakhstan, 247,581— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
