Musician Vikram Ruzakhunov to demand compensation from Kazakhstan for torture
Musician Vikram Ruzakhunov will demand compensation from the authorities of Kazakhstan for torture. He told reporters.
According to Ruzakhunov, his state of health is satisfactory.
«We will demand compensation. At the moment, work is underway with my representatives in Kazakhstan. The amount has not been determined,» he said.
The musician added that he was invited to concerts in Kazakhstan, but he does not go there for security reasons.
Vikram Ruzakhunov became the first Kyrgyzstani who became the victim of torture on the territory of a foreign state.
