Committee approves 2 women for posts of judges of Constitutional Court
The Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial, Legal Issues and Regulations of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved the candidacies of Lunara Zholdoshbekova and Chynara Aidarbekova for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court.
Chynara Aidarbekova said that at the moment only one woman worked at the Constitutional Court.
«It’s great when women come to such a complex system as the Constitutional Court. A woman is a stabilizer,» MP Gulya Kozhokulova said.
