Over 61,000 Kyrgyzstanis vaccinated against influenza
More than 61,000 Kyrgyzstanis were vaccinated against influenza. The Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance reported.
According to it, the Ministry of Health has purchased 82,577 doses of the influenza vaccine Grippol Plus.
«The vaccine is intended for vaccination of risk groups (persons with chronic diseases, sickly children, children living in orphanages, boarding schools, pregnant women, medical workers and others) free of charge,» the department noted.
To date, 74.1 percent of the risk group, or 61,213 people, have been vaccinated across the republic.
