Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 642.6 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 1,068,281 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 642,672,192 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (98,673,988), India (44,673,293), Brazil (35,227,599), France (37,979,248), Russia (21,278,433), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,224,763), Italy (24,260,660), Spain (13,595,504), Germany (36,419,717), Argentina (9,727,247), Iran (7,559,664) and Columbia (6,312,657).
At least 6,633,198 people died from the virus, including 1,079,870 people — in the USA, 689,665— in Brazil, 330,495— in Mexico, 530,615— in India, 212,585— in the UK, 181,098— in Italy and 384,044— in Russia.
At least 206,530 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,485,635 cases — in Kazakhstan, 246,379— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
