Standards for poultry meat and products of its processing approved in EAEU
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) approved the lists of standards for the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) on safety of poultry meat and products of its processing, which will come into force on January 1, 2023. Press service of the EEC reported.
The lists of standards, as a result of which, on a voluntary basis, compliance with the technical regulations is ensured, includes 76 standards, 30 of which are interstate and 46 national (state) standards of the EAEU countries.
The standards were developed by the commission jointly with the state bodies of the EAEU countries with the participation of experts and representatives of the business community.
The decision of the EEC Board will enter into force after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
