Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 639.5 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 534,229 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 639,510,845 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (98,503,462), India (44,671,300), Brazil (35,082,036), France (37,690,658), Russia (21,244,991), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,203,988), Italy (24,031,538), Spain (13,573,721), Germany (36,280,371), Argentina (9,723,924), Iran (7,559,446) and Columbia (6,312,657).
At least 6,625,802 people died from the virus, including 1,078,929 people — in the USA, 689,272— in Brazil, 330,495— in Mexico, 530,596— in India, 212,086— in the UK, 180,518— in Italy and 383,728— in Russia.
At least 206,511 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,485,665 cases — in Kazakhstan, 245,569— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
