Sadyr Japarov to participate in CSTO meeting in Yerevan
The President of Kyrgyzstan will take part in a regular session of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Yerevan (Armenia) on November 23. Press service of the head of state reported.
It is planned to discuss the current situation in the CSTO area of responsibility and topical issues of international security. The leaders of the CSTO countries will sum up the results of the chairmanship of Armenia of the organization and hear information about the priority areas of activity during the presidency of Belarus.
«It is planned to sign a number of documents aimed at strengthening the alliance between the CSTO member states, as well as regulating the activities of the organization,» Muratbek Azymbakiev, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Executive Office, said.
