Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 636.9 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 701,026 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 636,926,009 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (98,245,940), India (44,667,311), Brazil (34,971,043), France (37,471,008), Russia (21,214,339), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,203,583), Italy (23,823,192), Spain (13,551,539), Germany (36,152,490), Argentina (9,721,718), Iran (7,559,164) and Columbia (6,312,657).
At least 6,617,435 people died from the virus, including 1,076,492 people — in the USA, 688,835— in Brazil, 330,444— in Mexico, 530,546— in India, 212,085— in the UK, 179,985— in Italy and 383,381— in Russia.
At least 206,483 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,485,635 cases — in Kazakhstan, 245,177— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
