Tourist service centers to be built in Issyk-Kul region
Tourist service centers will be built in Issyk-Kul region. The Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Culture, Kiyal Kenzhematova, told at a briefing.
According to her, under the project financed by the World Bank, it is planned to build five facilities.
«The projects have been developed, everything is ready, we are starting construction. If we manage to save money, we want to build another one,» she said.
The facilities will include information centers, mini-markets, a cafeteria, a medical office and WCs. It is planned to complete their construction by 2024.
«Similar centers will appear in Osh region by 2026. We are planning to build three so far, but, perhaps, their number will increase,» Kiyal Kenzhematova added.
