Influenza vaccine delivered to Kyrgyzstan
The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan has purchased 82,727 doses of influenza vaccine Grippol+. At least 45,000 doses of GCFLU vaccine have been provided through UNICEF. The Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance reported.
According to the department, the vaccines have been distributed among all regions of the republic, vaccination has begun in the country’s healthcare organizations.
«The vaccine is free and, first of all, people who are at risk will be vaccinated: medical workers, people with chronic diseases, sickly children, people over 65, pregnant women,» the department added.
