Mission of International Monetary Fund starts work in Kyrgyzstan
Mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), headed by Nikoloz Gigineishvili, is visiting Kyrgyzstan from November 9 to November 22, 2022. The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The purpose of the visit is to conduct consultations for Kyrgyzstan. Meetings will be held with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Bank and other organizations.
«The Chairman of the National Bank Kubanychbek Bokontaev has already met with the IMF team. The parties discussed issues of the macroeconomic situation in the country, the external and banking sectors, as well as relevant policy measures,» the National Bank said.
