Over 675,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan leave for Russia to work in 2022
From January to September 2022, most labor migrants arrived in Russia from Uzbekistan (4,465,692 people), Tajikistan (2,714,331 people) and Kyrgyzstan (675,968 people). RT reports, citing the data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
According to the statistics of the law enforcement department, most often residents of Tajikistan (81,671 people), Kazakhstan (71,568 people) and Uzbekistan (55,388 people) came to study in Russia.
Most of all citizens of China (23,763 people), Turkey (21,785 people) and Belarus (10,505 people) arrived with business visits during this period.
Earlier, Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, announced plans to hold large-scale events aimed at maintaining law and order in places of compact residence of migrants in Russia.
