Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 629 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 579,496 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 629,069,917 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (97,343,380), India (44,643,176), Brazil (34,807,075), France (36,925,046), Russia (21,089,873), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (24,079,679), Italy (23,443,429), Spain (13,488,015), Germany (35,461,920), Argentina (9,717,546), Iran (7,557,024) and Columbia (6,309,168).
At least 6,584,130 people died from the virus, including 1,069,449 people — in the USA, 687,907— in Brazil, 330,353— in Mexico, 528,981— in India, 209,228— in the UK, 178,846— in Italy and 381,920— in Russia.
At least 206,399 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,484,591 cases — in Kazakhstan, 244,523— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
