OZON Russian retailer could open sorting center in Kyrgyzstan
OZON is considering the possibility of opening a sorting center in Kyrgyzstan. Commercial Director of the company Ekaterina Bolshakova announced at E-Commerce EXPO 2022 forum.
According to her, the company considers Kyrgyzstan as one of the priority areas for development. It is planned to open a sorting center for the convenience of local entrepreneurs who supply goods to Russia.
«Sales growth in Belarus increased 1.6 times, and in Kazakhstan — 6 times. Our investments contributed to this. Therefore, we are considering the possibility of opening a sorting center in Kyrgyzstan,» Ekaterina Bolshakova said.
Earlier, at the Kyrgyz-Russian Investment Forum, Managing Director of Ozon Holdings PLC, Sergei Belyakov, also stated that the company was considering options for entering the Kyrgyz market.
