Teacher sentenced to prison term for sexual abuse of 5-year-old boy
The Alamedinsky District Court delivered a verdict against a man who was suspected of sexual abuse of a five-year-old boy. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, the public prosecutor during the debate of the parties asked for 15 years in prison for the accused. It is known that the prosecutor said that the guilt of the defendant was proved by the materials of the case and the conclusion of the examination.
As a result, the court sentenced the man to 13 years in prison.
Teacher was accused of sexual abuse of a five-year-old boy in Alamedin district. According to the attorney of the affected party, during the interrogation, the boy identified the accused on a photograph. The forensic examination confirmed that the child had injuries in the anus.
