Private companies to carry out 14 types of examinations in Kyrgyzstan
At least 48 types of examinations are carried out in Kyrgyzstan to date. Representatives of the Ministry of Justice announced at a press conference.
According to the officials, only state experts could give a conclusion on all these types. After making changes to a number of laws, 14 types of examination were also assigned to private organizations. This list includes construction, accounting, trace and ballistic examinations.
All types of medical examinations are carried out by structures controlled by the Ministry of Health.
Qualification requirements have also been developed for experts to assess their professional qualities and experience, depending on the level of responsibility and sections of project documentation. In addition, it was proposed to exclude a copy of the certificate confirming advanced training from the package of documents, reduce the decision-making time to 10 working days, and clearly spell out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of non-governmental expert organizations.
