Dushanbe hosts another meeting of topographic groups on state border
A meeting of topographic working groups on the delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border was held in Dushanbe. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
The parties exchanged views on the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border line in the remaining sections and agreed to continue discussions at the next meeting, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan.
Earlier, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan agreed to describe the project border line between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan in the sections from the border point No. 43 to the border point No. 61 and from the border point No. 135 to the border point No. 141.
It was reported that Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have delimited other 40 kilometers of the border.
