Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 622.5 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 644,733 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 622,598,413 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (96,772,268), India (44,613,803), Brazil (34,731,539), France (36,187,658), Russia (20,929,929), Turkey (16,919,638), Great Britain (23,957,457), Italy (22,896,742), Spain (13,441,941), Germany (34,257,916), Argentina (9,713,594), Iran (7,552,812) and Columbia (6,308,087).
At least 6,560,440 people died from the virus, including 1,063,310 people — in the USA, 686,963— in Brazil, 330,208— in Mexico, 528,822— in India, 208,258— in the UK, 177,650— in Italy and 380,556— in Russia.
At least 206,250 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,484,126 cases — in Kazakhstan, 244,337— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
