Ministry of Health plans to build 20 multi-speciality hospitals
It is planned to build 20 multi-speciality hospitals in Kyrgyzstan. The Deputy Minister of Health Zharkynbek Kasymbekov told at a press conference.
According to him, multi-speciality hospitals will provide medical care not only to hospitalized patients, but also to the population living nearby, as they will have a polyclinic department, an emergency medical department, and a maternity ward.
Zharkynbek Kasymbekov added that the construction and equipping of the Perinatal Department of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health in Bishkek and the City TB Hospital are being completed in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, a capsule was laid at the construction site of the State Children’s Emergency Hospital in Bishkek at the expense of the Saudi Fund for Development.
