120 buses to arrive in Bishkek by the end of 2022
By the end of the year, 120 buses will arrive in Bishkek. Bakyt Temikeev, Director of Bishkek Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise, announced at a press conference.
According to him, the contract with Zhongtong Bus Hoiding Co. Ltd was concluded on August 15. Buses were purchased at the expense of the budget of the capital. Their cost with spare parts is $91,000.
«We expect buses in late November — early December,» Bakyt Temikeev said.
He added that an agreement was also signed on the purchase of buses under the EBRD loan.
«They have their own procedures. We expect the buses to arrive in February,» director of the enterprise concluded.
