Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia helps migrants receive over 7 million rubles of salary
The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation helped Kyrgyz migrants receive more than 7 million rubles in salaries. Press service of the diplomatic mission reported.
The Embassy submitted a report for September. As noted, during this time, diplomats visited the scene of incidents involving citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic about 70 times, met with the leadership of the competent authorities of the Russian Federation in order to simplify the procedure for the stay of Kyrgyzstanis in Russia, organized on-site consular services for fellow citizens staying in Kaliningrad Oblast and Krasnodar Krai.
With the assistance of the Embassy, petitions to claim wages of 7,757,150 rubles were satisfied, bodies of 21 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who died in Russia were repatriated, court decisions on administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation in respect of two fellow citizens were canceled, 19 Kyrgyzstanis were released from custody, most of whom were detained by law enforcement agencies for violations of migration laws.
