Head of Cabinet: It is necessary to complete reforms in education sector
Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov introduced an Acting Minister Ulanbek Mambetakunov to the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
Akylbek Japarov noted that the new head of the ministry needs to bring the reforms started in the education sector to their logical conclusion.
«Education reform is a social need that should really improve the quality of the education received and raise the knowledge and qualifications of the teaching staff to the international level. This is the task number one,» he stressed.
In turn, the acting minister thanked the leadership of the republic for their trust and assured that, together with the staff of the ministry, he would make every effort to solve the tasks set.
President Sadyr Japarov dismissed several ministers, including Almazbek Beishenaliev, on Monday.
