Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 618.5 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 506,226 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 618,552,938 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (96,438,726), India (44,594,909), Brazil (34,684,529), France (35,701,024), Russia (20,771,538), Turkey (16,873,793), Great Britain (23,893,497), Italy (22,542,568), Spain (13,422,984), Germany (33,386,229), Argentina (9,711,355), Iran (7,550,021) and Columbia (6,307,372).
At least 6,548,565 people died from the virus, including 1,059,866 people — in the USA, 686,371— in Brazil, 330,131— in Mexico, 528,701— in India, 207,908— in the UK, 177,197— in Italy and 379,725— in Russia.
At least 206,160 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,483,764 cases — in Kazakhstan, 244,245— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
