Tax Service urges to report facts of rent of housing without paying taxes
Individuals renting out an apartment or house must pay taxes in accordance with tax laws. The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The owner of real estate independently chooses the mode of payment of tax. Taxes can be paid on the basis of a license, a single tax (simplified taxation system) or on a general basis.
«We also call on all citizens to report the facts of renting out housing without paying the corresponding tax. You can report by calling the helpline 0312613189, 0779613189 (WhatsApp), dialing 116, as well as to the territorial tax authorities. In case of revealing the fact of non-payment of the tax, measures will be taken in respect of an individual in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan,» the Tax Service said.
