Price of diesel fuel grows by one third in Kyrgyzstan since beginning of 2022
Since the beginning of 2022, the cost of diesel fuel in Kyrgyzstan has increased by 17.55 soms, or 30 percent. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
If as of January 3, 2022, diesel fuel cost an average of 58.21 soms in the country, then by the end of September, its cost reached 75.76 soms. Prices for AI 95 gasoline increased by 1.71 soms, and for AI 92 — by 2.06 soms.
Compared to the same period last year, price of diesel increased by 24.25 soms, or by 47 percent.
Gasoline prices also rose. Compared to last year, AI 92 increased in price by 4.31 soms, and AI 95 — by 4.84 soms.
A drop in prices for AI 95 gasoline by 39 tyiyns, for AI 92 — by 1.44 soms was registered last month. Diesel prices have not changed.
