Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov took part in Eurasian Dialogue on Labor Market International Forum. Press service of the Cabinet reported.

«Such events, taking place in such a turbulent time, when the governments of countries face new challenges, allow us to find ways to solve problems related to changes in ensuring employment and keeping jobs,» said Akylbek Japarov.

He also stated the need to focus on preserving the employment of the population of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. To do this, according to the head of the Cabinet, it is necessary to create flexible mechanisms to promote the employment of citizens in accordance with the changing needs for labor resources.

«In addition, growing inflation should not eat into the incomes of workers. It is necessary to jointly establish the production of high-tech goods and digital products, the entry of which into the market of the integration association is currently difficult. This requires qualified workers who are able to invent and adapt new technologies to the needs of society,» the head of the Cabinet said.

During the forum, its participants discussed topical issues of social security of the rights of workers in the EAEU states and members of their families in the state of employment, problems of migrants, and assistance in the development of organized forms of employment within the framework of Eurasian integration. As a result of the event, it is planned to adopt a resolution developed on the basis of proposals and initiatives of the participants of the international forum.
