It is planned to blacklist the companies that build low-quality facilities. Head of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Nurtazin Dzhetybaev, stated at a meeting of Ishenim parliamentary faction.
According to him, it is necessary to change the procedure of holding tenders in the construction of buildings.
«Tenders are won by inexperienced, non-professional construction companies, as they offer a small amount. As a result, there are many contractors who cannot complete the facilities or the buildings they have built do not meet quality standards. We want to blacklist such firms so that they cannot participate not only in the construction of facilities, but also in the development of design and estimate documentation,» Nurtazin Dzhetybaev said.
The head of the state agency noted that this proposal would soon be submitted to the Parliament for consideration.
