Former Ambassador to Malaysia Beknazarov intends to sue authorities
Former Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Malaysia, Azimbek Beknazarov, does not rule out that he will file a lawsuit against the Cabinet of Ministers. He told reporters about this.
He does not agree with the wording of the presidential decree by which Sadyr Japarov fired him for «failing to cope with the set foreign policy tasks, including strengthening the political dialogue between Kyrgyzstan and Malaysia.»
Azimbek Beknazarov said that he had addressed the head of state. «This part of the decree does not correspond to either the laws or the truth. I asked the president to set up a special commission and find it out. I will not appeal or challenge the part of the decree that fired me. I just turned to the president because of the part of the decree that discredited my dignity. I have not received an answer so far. In any case, my right to file a claim remains in force,» he said.
