Fashion show to take place at History Museum in Bishkek
The National History Museum in Bishkek will host a fashion show «Tribute to Kyrgyz Fashion. From the origins to the present,» the Ministry of Culture reports.
The event is held by Fashion House showroom with the support of the ministry and the museum. The purpose of the event, according to the organizers, is to promote domestic designers and the fashion industry of Kyrgyzstan.
The program of the event includes a show of pret-a-porte autumn 2022 collections by Kyrgyz designers. The event will begin at 8 p.m.
«The planned event will become a cultural event in the capital, where historical samples of the first Kyrgyz costumes will be demonstrated, as well as the evolution of fashion to this day. The Kyrgyz woman has always been a model of strength, diligence, freedom and beauty that is reflected in her outfits,» the statement says.
