New Director of Russian Drama Theater appointed in Bishkek
Sergei Bardakov has been appointed a Director of the State National Russian Drama Theater named after Chingiz Aitmatov. Press service of the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The head of the ministry Azamat Zhamankulov introduced the new director to the team.
He noted that the repair of the theater is now a priority in the work of the new director.
Earlier, the theater staff asked the Ministry of Culture to dismiss the Director Evgeny Kuznetsov. He was removed from his post on August 11, 2022.
