Cabinet proposes to impose number of restrictions on Issyk-Kul beaches
It is proposed to introduce obligations on the maintenance of beaches and a number of rules for vacationers. The draft resolution has been published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the document, the following may be prohibited on the territory of the beaches:
- Accommodation of people;
- Placement of warehouses, trade outlets, canteens and cafes, baths and saunas;
- Construction of steam rooms on the water;
- Laying of sewage pipelines;
- Draining water from pools.
It is proposed to oblige tenants of beach areas to install lifeguard towers, changing rooms, trash cans, benches and night lighting.
As for vacationers and local residents, washing of clothes, walking and bathing animals may be prohibited.
