Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 591.1 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 860,311 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 591,167,710 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (93,026,647), India (44,268,381), Brazil (34,178,240), France (34,406,296), Russia (18,632,165), Turkey (16,528,070), Great Britain (23,634,821), Italy (21,509,424), Spain (13,294,139), Germany (31,599,085), Argentina (9,633,732), Iran (7,482,521) and Columbia (6,286,392).
At least 6,437,780 people died from the virus, including 1,037,459 people — in the USA, 681,557— in Brazil, 328,736— in Mexico, 527,069— in India, 186,798— in the UK, 174,102— in Italy and 375,413— in Russia.
At least 205,198 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,467,691 cases — in Kazakhstan, 243,562— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
